		HIRING A PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER - GENERAL INFORMATION FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION The initial consultation is free. You may arrange to meet us at any of our offices in New Westminster, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Langley, Abbotsford, or Chilliwack. We will discuss your injuries and your rights, and let you decide whether to hire us. FEE BY PERCENTAGE The amount lawyers charge for their work is called the fee. Our fee is a percentage of the amount recovered. This percentage is discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of your case. If we do not recover anything for you, we do not charge any fee. NO RETAINER We do not require any money up front as a retainer. We get paid only after the case is concluded. COMPETITIVE RATES Our rates are competitive with other firms. We will match any written quote from another firm. YOUR RIGHTS If you hire us, you will sign a Retainer Agreement setting out how we will charge you and the conditions upon which we have agreed to represent you. You will receive a copy of this signed agreement.
