About Bronson Jones & Company LLP
Bronson Jones & Company LLP* is a plaintiffs-only, motor vehicle injury law firm with 13 offices in the Lower Mainland serving communities including: Vancouver, Abbotsford, Burnaby, New Westminster, Chilliwack, Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, and Surrey. We have earned the status of being one of British Columbia’s largest personal injury law firms that exclusively represents victims who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents (based on the number of injured people that we represent).
Established in 1986, our firm has chosen to limit our practice to representing victims injured in all types of motor vehicle accidents, including: cars, trucks, buses, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, hit and runs and pedestrian accidents. Our focus on helping car accident victims get proper compensation for their injuries means we have the experience and resources to handle your case whether your injury is serious or minor.
While we never represent ICBC (or any other insurance company), some of our lawyers have past experience as ICBC defense lawyers. Firsthand knowledge of ICBC practice and procedure means we may anticipate how ICBC will treat your case. This helps us to develop an appropriate strategy in the prosecution of your case.
We regularly deal with Part 7 Accident Benefits claims, and we know the personal injury court process. Our exclusive focus on motor vehicle injury claims also means you get help from lawyers and paralegals who have:
Handled cases just like yours and know how to answer your questions and prepare you for dealing with your injuries;
Extensive experience dealing with ICBC and insurance companies;
Medical-legal knowledge to assess the value of your claim in light of your injuries, prognosis, rehabilitation needs and the extent of any partial or permanent disabilities;
Experience negotiating and mediating fair settlements; and
Trial experience to present your case to a judge or a judge and jury, if going to court is in your best interest.
We deal with serious injuries, including: spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, internal injuries, head (brain) injuries, amputations and wrongful death. Because of the medical complexity and the almost certain impact on future earning capacity and quality of life, these kinds of cases can be long and complicated to pursue. Our legal team has experience handling these kinds of catastrophic injury claims and we have the knowledge and financial resources to fund these cases through to their conclusion.

Representing vehicle accident victims is all we do. We would be pleased to talk with you about your case.
A Note About Liability and When We Can Help You
You are entitled to compensation (money damages) for your injuries to the degree you are not at fault. For example, if you are 0% at fault for an accident, you are entitled to 100% compensation. If you are 25% at fault, you are entitled to 75% compensation.
Whether you are at fault is also an important issue in determining whether we can represent you. If you are only partly at fault, or if you think ICBC is wrong in how they have assessed fault against you, we will be pleased to talk with you. We have taken many cases where we disagree with ICBC about who was at fault. However, if after reviewing the available facts we conclude that you are entirely at fault for the accident, then we cannot assist you and we will advise you of what your options are.
