Most decisions of WorkSafeBC can be disputed through an administrative law process. WorkSafeBC’s Review Division first makes a decision on your dispute and if you disagree with the decision, you can usually appeal to the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal (an independent tribunal that makes the final decision). There are critical time limits to pursue a compensation claim or dispute a decision of WorkSafeBC.
The WCB/WorkSafeBC lawyers at Bronson Jones & Company LLP can assist you with your work-related injury dispute by explaining your options and assisting you through the entire process, including an appeal to the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal if necessary.
